Discovery: Five Women. Four Generations: GROUP SHOW | GALLERY HOUSE LONDON

2 September - 13 October 2024

Riccardo G. Luger invites five female artists from four different generations to present their works at the Gallery House London. The idea is to have a first look into the work of a new generation of artist and review others that we find interesting and haven't been fully discovered by the followers of London.

Adriana Cifuentes, Venezuelan, b. 1963, presents four oil-on-paper portraits from her series Philosophers.

Tali de Noronha, Brazilian, b. 1990, presents her Portals as a way to heal the spirit. These paintings are characterized by their abstract nature, and she employs unconventional tools such as sticks and hard card to create textured, dynamic surfaces.

Agnese Guido, Italian, b. 1982, displays three gouache paintings on paper that reflect life's dark, ironic realities.

Erica Li Wu, Spanish/Taiwanese, b. 2004, is in her third year of university and is showing her work in a gallery for the first time.

Carmen Mariscal, Mexican, b. 1968, presents two works: one from the series Calladita estás más bonita and La Novia, which explore generational traditions and the roles of mother, daughter, and wife.
